Loved the friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and awesome view of planes landing from our room! The indoor swimming pool and variety of breakfast choices were great. However, the continuous noise of the planes was a bit distracting, but overall, the positive experience outweighed this minor inconvenience. Can't wait to visit again! ✈️

Every room had a huge TV, perfect for my historical novel binge. The coffee bar saved me during long nights of sailing research. Free WiFi helped me stay connected with my fiancée back in Nottingham. The shuttle was a lifesaver after too many cocktails. I got lost in the bathroom—it was bigger than my sailboat! I even squeezed in a swim between my daily historical adventures. my stay was smooth sailing, just like me. Cheers!

The units were trendy and the staff were nice people from the shuttle driver to the receptionist. The location was marvellous - not far from airport, the restaurant in a package and O'Hare.

Consistency is a good thing - Hyatt Place Chicago O'Hare Airport in Rosemont was a pleasant surprise with spacious rooms, great shower, and complimentary earplugs. Despite minor pillow and toiletry holder issues, the overall stay exceeded expectations with reliable Hyatt Place standards upheld.

the room was clean and spacious - with an awesome view of the airport. the hotel is conveniently close to the airport - has easy parking, and plenty of food options nearby. the staff is super friendly - especially the bartender - ian. loved the local flea market and the friendly locals.

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming decor of the hotel's common areas, with its soft lighting and comfortable seating areas that made it perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends. The accessibility for us seniors was quite impressive, with wide hallways and easy-to-reach handrails, making it very convenient for us to navigate around the hotel without any worries.

I would have appreciated some gentle background music in the dining areas or lounges to enhance the atmosphere and create a more enjoyable experience for senior visitors.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with knowledgeable personnel from the shuttle driver to the receptionist. The location was comfy and unbeatable close to restaurants. Moreover, it was just off fashion outlet to stay, and stores and all state arena.

The setting was quite convenient and unbeatable within easy reach of Allstate Arena. The staff were very efficient and really helpful, as I could only expect.

I keep returning for the exceptional service and comfortable stay. On my first visit, the staff kindly provided a water bottle at night. The hotel has everything I need including Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. Perfect for my city trips.
